This is how he has always negotiated. In the past it was successful. President Bush is not interested in being blackmailed into sending aid so they really need to change their tone IMO. Also since he can't hit us but can hit Japan, China, Russia, etc. it seems to me that they should involve themselves instead of sitting on their ass's and saying the US needs to do something about the North Korea problem. Hell we can't win. We involve ourselves and they bitch, we don't they bitch also. Personally I think we should just pull out of that area. Rumsfeld suggested the same thing and it sure changed the tune in South Korea almost overnight. Ungrateful fucks.
