Duquesne Light Company and CheckFree Bring Customers New Online Billing and Payment Options

Wednesday March 26, 9:00 am ET

Duquesne's Pennsylvania Customers Can Realize Increased Convenience, Financial Control and Time Savings with the New Service

ATLANTA, March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CheckFree i-Solutions, the leading provider of interactive e-billing and e-statement software and services and part of CheckFree Corporation (Nasdaq: CKFR - News), and Duquesne Light Company, the principal subsidiary of DQE, Inc. (NYSE: DQE - News), today announced that electronic billing and payment services are available to Duquesne's residential customers. Duquesne is a leader in the transmission and distribution of electric energy delivering electricity to more than 580,000 residential customers throughout southwest Pennsylvania.

Beginning in March, Duquesne will offer its residential customers ElectriPay(TM), an online billing and payment option available via Duquesne's website or through any of the more than 780 sites powered by CheckFree. By visiting www.duquesnelight.com , Duquesne customers will be able to view their bills online and schedule payments using their checking or money market accounts through ElectriPay, in addition to the other online services offered by Duquesne-such as address change and transfer services.

Online billing and payment services provide Duquesne's customers with an easy, efficient way to gain more control over the payment of their monthly bills. Customers can quickly retrieve and review the same billing information they currently receive by mail. With a few clicks of the mouse, the customer can choose the payment date, rather than trying to remember when they need to mail the payment to ensure arrival by the due date. As a result, Duquesne customers will no longer have to spend time writing checks, manually recording the payments, stuffing envelopes and locating stamps to pay their bill. Unlike paper payments, customers who pay their bills electronically are protected by the CheckFree Guarantee against late fees resulting from processing delays, as well as liability for unauthorized transactions. Payment status and history is accessible 24 x 7 on a secure online site. . .

Heck No rob.
I just like to follow the progress of the company.
I was long last year just under $10 or something like that but like a fool sold out for the quick run up to near 15
That's what good T/A will do for ya, LOL!
Haven't gotten my opportunity to get back in yet.

And if you want my honestest opinion,
i think they are gonna give an impressive earnings WRT growth.
How that will translate into profits, I'm not sure.
And I don't have a bead on how thee stock has been trading either
SO I don't know if the run up is gonna get sold or just continue upward.

BTW, did you see the whacking INTU got last week?
Wham bam thank you mam.
Funny thing is that it is basing and even making attempts to rebound.
This, all this with a TTM PE of near 60 still!
