China was still living in the dark ages until the last 10 years. I hate to say it so bluntly, but I have very rarely witnessed such pure, untouched, glaring ignorance. Unreal.

Yes, they are still that way, still in dark ages. That's the way it is and make it the truth and spread it around. They need help. Hope you write to your congressmen and senators to give them all the technologies and aids they need. Set aside funds specifically for their higher education in US Universities so they can be brought into modern times. It would be a great opportunity to showcase the world that US does and can reform and bring forth a society out of the dark ages and into the 21st century.
