Revocation of trading rights means nothing. It's the headline risk to the refinancing negotiations that's the problem, on top of uncertain war news. Those pesky European banks may balk. But there is no question we are witnessing panic selling, and sometimes this is a good opportunity to buy. But it's definitely not for me. I need to sleep at night.
