tejek,

re:Why did this guy not stop?

He never had to before, they moved.

re:One person says she was kneeling; another says she was buried up to her waist. Which is right?

Actually, I've read two peoples eye witness accounts, they both stated she was kneeling and as she tried to get up was covered in dirt and basically trapped. There is nothing inconsistent here.

re:The only reason I don't think its accidental is because death by bulldozer is very uncommon; almost improbable given the speed with which a bulldozer travels

I suppose, but they (protestors) usually move, as she and her friends had done many times before. I do find it interesting you now say the bulldozer moves slowly - as opposed to the earlier remarks by you/quoted by you regarding gunning the engine or racing towards her.

re:Of course, the real problem is that Ms. Corrie was not a very attractive victim.

I see, let's recruit prettier activists? <g>

re:She was an arrogant American sticking her nose where it didn't belong.

Not a fan of free speech are you?

re:A trouble maker that doesn't believe like her gov't believes.

Not sure her government has taken a pro-Israeli position on house demolitions.

re:So lets ignore the possibilities and assume the worse.

That's your problem. I am assuming, supported by eye witness reports it was in fact a regrettable accident - it's you that keeps layering on all types of rhetoric regarding how everybody "feels" about her death and how it happened.

Why, because all Israelis are bloodthirsty?
