He's a small town Massachusetts guy who rode the coat tails of the tech bubble...when it burst and Bush came into power, he got an appointment to Canada and got out of Dodge quickly. He replaced himself with a woman named Jane Swift who was a real lightweight and left the state when Mitt Romney (of Olympic fame), pushed her out before the last election. More than you wanted to know about Massachusetts state politics. Cellucci isn't a bad guy....just an average guy who made it into politics by loyalty and luck.
