You do know that Israel is short of water; so short that it it is dependent on the expensive method of desalinization of ocean water for a portion of its supply of non potable water. In fact, Israel is the world's leading expert on the desalinization method.

Yeah, but, if they had planned to take that water, they would've started pipelines years ago.
