Thanks for your remarks but I simply don't believe in the Flynn Effect because I haven't seen any evidence of it. I note the speeches of American politicians circa 1860 --- the vocabulary was far more extensive than that of the present-day American politicians. In that time there was full suffrage for white males. Evidently the white males of that time had a much larger vocabulary than the white males do now. Furthermore, the % of voters among those eligible to vote, i.e. the white males, was much higher then, suggesting higher intelligence.
