Supplies in storage last week probably fell 12 Bcf, or 1.9%, to a record 624 Bcf from the previous week, according to the average estimate of analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.
Supplies this week may have risen, traders said.

``If the government's report shows a withdrawal of less than 20 billion cubic feet, then we'll test $5,'' said Phil Flynn, a senior energy trader at Alaron Trading Corp. in Chicago.

The projection for last week's supply drop compares with a decline of 75 billion cubic feet a year earlier and a five-year average of 59 billion.
