It's like christians being taught eye for an eye and ignoring the new testament. Fortunately, Christians do not do this – unlike with muslims. Christians understand they themselves have no right to take revenge upon others. But they recognize and support the right of valid government to punish wrongdoers with the sword. (Rom 13:4-5) But, of course, you would know nothing about any of this sort of thing - though it stares you right in the face.
