For perspective, recall that the Internuts turned down first, and hard, off the March 2000 high. They also bottomed first, and have led on the upside since 9/11/01.

These things have had almost a full cyclical bull market during the secular bear! They've been going up for almost two years now!

I think these guys will turn first, like SOX. They're much further along working off their oversold.
