this a much better mkt for tech stocks in 2003 than we had in 2002

that is because hedge funds and mutual fund idiots are beta parking, so they buy the trashiest sectors of the market. naturally they are attracted to tech.

the fact that the trashiest sectors of the market have outperformed over a very short time period is not particularly encouraging news.
