use 12, 49, 1 for PPO and the value for the Price Phase should be the same, essentially the percentage difference between the 12-day ema and the 49-day ema.

Change in direction of Price Phase is supposed to act as confirmation of change in short-term trend provided the signals are predominantly of one direction, around 80% or more.
