I can't imagine what it could be, given that I just watched a documentary about how Reagan blocked the Senate "Prevention of Genocide Act" and actually increased its trade with Saddam like there was no tomorrow after he gassed the Kurds.

What possible reason would the White House have to oppose the 911 investigation?

When I asked this question, I was musing on the implications it presents. Why on earth would any governmental entity oppose an investigation of such a cataclysmic event?

What do you think?

There are a number of things that happened on 9-11 that I would like to see investigated.

I will not go into them here, so as not to get a "conspiracy" brouhaha started.
