I had to hit them. They were up a tad and well, it was time.

Also, notice how it is big into island reversals.

and then there is that gap down to 10.5.

Welp, poof!
There go my profits from the remainder of my GFI position started last week.
Damn straight don't know what I'm gonna do now.

FWIW, here's part of a PM I sent to someone this morning about the miners. Maybe someone here can shed some light on my NEM part of it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I figured we might get selling at the open, but was expecting them to turn around quickly.
Guess not.
CNBC was dissing gold and specifically the miners and more specifically NEM.
apparently CSFB came out with a downgrade this AM saying they expect NEM to miss their numbers this evening.
I can't remember if NEM still has much hedged? Do you know?
That could be a reason for them to miss, if indeed they do miss.
I'm not so sure it isn't just a ploy for them to get some on the cheap.
But maybe it's just time I take off my rose colored glasses<NG>
BUT
If they do miss and it is because of their hedge book than that might be a silver(or more appropriately gold) lining for the stocks we're positioning ourselves in.
I'm thinking of getting some AU today.
It's not a pretty looking chart.
In fact the only thing it really has going for it is it is resting right at it's 200 EMA.
Oh, and a 5.4% divvie.
BTW, you have a 7.1 SS target on RFMD.
Any point you'd think of going long it for quick position?
I know it's still grossly over valued but I'm thinking of trying it long possible around 6.1- 6.2 with maybe a very tight stop, little or no margin for error.
