Lost a default judgement to Wells Fargo Bank for $388,015.60 on 10/25/02; pro per for Ms. Wilcher Lost a default(?) judgement to Ashland Real Estate for $29,069.63 on 7/19/02; pro per for Ms. Wilcher & Grace Trust Sued by State of Arizona and Richard C. Houseworth; case against Ms. Wilcher and Life Foundation Worldwide, Inc dismissed on 8/13/02; again pro per Default judgement applied/pending on 2/6/03; plaintiff: Crimson Canyon LLC; defending: Ms. Wilcher, Life Foundation Trust, Josephine Belanger Gatlin and Tom Honsa (all pro per) Sued by Pacific Indemnity Co; defending: Ms. Wilcher pro per; dismissed 3/10/03 In older lawsuits... It appears that Francesco Maresco has won a $100,000.00 judgement against Ms. Wilcher (pro per); most recent activity was a writ of garnishment on 3/12/03. In Richard Schroeder's case, the most recent activity was that the attorney for Ms. Wilcher and Ms. Pfurtscheller (believed to be Ms. Wilcher's daughter) has withdrawn from the case on 3/21/03. In another case where, strangely enough, Ms. Wilcher was plaintiff and Mr. Schroeder was defendant along with Natasha Pfurtscheller and Life Foundation Trust, Mr. Schroeder won a judgement against Ms. Wilcher totalling $3,534,500.00 on 3/17/00. Most recent activity on 2/19/03 indicates attorney's fees to be assessed, costs, and sanctions pursuant to ARCP 37 (whatever that means, sounds like more money to me). There are numerous other cases, including a judgement to Central Bank for over $15,000. Most were dismissals though. Sounds to me like Ms. Wilcher has some money problems, and for some reason, likes representing herself in court. What's that old saying about a lawyer who represents himself? KJC
