you are talking about Saddam's Cabana boy...Ritter. The guy who had his little film funded by Iraqis. The guy that trolls the internet for little girls to meet him at hotels. Wonder what kind of dirt Saddam has on him to get him to say stuff that makes absolutely no sense.

That number is about right. Every adult male is a member of the reserves by default and has a gun at home. I would take issue with the use of the word "against" in your sentence though as I am told the vast majority of Iraqi citizens support "Operation Iraqi Freedom"
