But I haven't heard anyone trying to prevent people disagreeing with Daschle, or branding those who disagree with Moore 'traitors'. Have you? Can you reference any case where someone spoke against Moore, or Daschle, and was termed a traitor, or called unpatriotic, or told he was supporting Saddam?

I marked your argument as 'pointless' because of this. Obviously free speech is universal, but there's only one side - the warmongers - who are trying to protray anyone pointing out the idiocy, futility and unneceessary nature of this war as a traitor.

Of course, once this is done there might be a case for impeaching Bush as a traitor, because of his deliberate attempts to destroy the good name of the US, break its alliances, gets its soldiers killed, waste its weaponry and ruin its economy... still, if you disagree with this stance I won't call you a traitor to the USA.
