If Shep Smith had pressed him(Schroder in Baghdad) even further by noting that Iraqi's MUST see that 6 bombings in apparent civilian areas vs hundreds they can see on obvious SadDam holdings, is NOT an effort to kill civilians, well, I suppose there was no way he was going to feel comfortable agreeing even if he does.
