I believe it is simple. I think we'd still allow him to leave the country if he would have his troops surrender. I know if I were President I would still allow that.

Of course I'd blow his plane up the minute it exited but thats a whole different issue. I said we'd allow him to leave....I said nothing about for HOW LONG LOL!!
