Last time. I'll explain it slowly for you. There are two sides fighting. One side has invaded the other. Only that side can withdraw. The other has nowhere to withdraw to. The leadership of the defending side has told it will be killed if it stops fighting in any case. So it cannot survive by stopping. Therefore only the commander of the invading side can end the fighting, either by killing all the defenders or by withdrawing. ------------- Good luck with whatever passes for your life.
