I don't think we've abandoned them but we do need to get to the job of rebuilding that society before the Taliban looks like a better option than American help does. We have so many things on out plate but we cannot come up short of the rebuilding issue or we'll have made a more dangerous world

YES! Without question they care.

I am 46 but this debate has really stunned me and changed my mind about human nature. I thought most people could
recognize the type of evil like Saddam's. I thought most
people could recognize the good the US done throughout the world. People who claim they are for peace are really
tools of Saddam and are complicit by standing by.
