Hey Alan

want to go on record as saying that
Christ will return within "X" number of years?

Join an innumerable company of false prophets?

"This is my brick wall I run in to when someone tells me that all prophecy was fulfilled in ad 70. If this is the new heaven and earth, we are in trouble."

LOL! How can you quibble about such details when Pope James the self-appointed has told you that it did happen?

:) You have a good one too Alan

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees,
WHEN the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said,
The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

Futurist teach against the plain words of Christ and say...

"The kingdom will come with observation
It is not yet seen - therefore it has not happened."

They misinterpret the following verse to prove it:

Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds;
and every eye shall see him,
and they also which pierced him:
and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Plain and literal words of Christ VRS Futurist's twisting.

To me the choice is clear.

The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire." Alan

Alan, go to your Bible and see the prophesies concerning the FIRST destruction of the Temple of David. It will prove interesting to see the terminology that is used.

Then, explain to me why the earth was not destroyed when that happened.
