prophet -- i would be careful being 100% anything in this market.

that's the quickest way to putting yourself on the streets.

dam market can easily run up or down

HOWEVER, if you have to choose one or the other, the option is to go 100% LONG.

Why,

b/c, and I am being serious, within the next 50-100 years, we're bound to be higher during that duration than where we are now.
