The Phoenix Knows:

Trading at home translates to tape watching all day and getting shaken out of good positions too early, whereas trading at the office means you take a position, set a stop, and then go do some "real work". Later, you come back and occasionally see you hit a double or even a triple, instead of settling for the single you would have taken if you "managed" the trade all day.
