Aljezeera is still down. Yesterday, they managed to put up a page that said:

URL forwarding traffic to aljazeera.net has been suspended due to an overwhelming amount of traffic that has interupted services for our customers.

This sounded like a DOS attack. Now it is down altogether.

I can't say I think much of hackers (being an e-business guru) but I must admire their patriotism and tenacity on this one.
