During Kohl times the German government certainly knew about the massive technology export to Iraq.

Thanks for the post, Jochen. Interesting. As I look at your list of items, I don't see anything I would identify as wmd. Do you? If not, do you know of any other evidence that the German govt might have known? Of wmd?
