nice curious symptomatic quote on CNBC this morning: "given that we pay our bills with printed money anyway, why not continue the war, and continue with all the tax cuts??? it is all printed money anyway" this is the essence of why our longterm interest rates will rise this is the essence of why our economy will slide into a nasty recession so few seem to remember that the USEconomy suffered a recession as a result of the Gulf War I now our costs are 100% borne by USGovt and this campaign will rage for 5-20x longer again, the vote on this war that matters is with the USDollar it is an accurate meter of the deceptive expectations promulgated / jim
