The head of the Amer Federation of Teachers in Massachusetts has been indicted on charges of heisting $900k in union funds.

Union corruption ? Shocking ! Shocking I say !!

My father is a retired teacher. He's always told me how he tosses anything from his unions directly in the circular bin, and like feeling even that was a waste of his time.

Bushies want to cut pay of ALL middleclass inc firemen and cops. And reduce benefits for wounded veterans. Real compassionate huh? But SDI, a system which doesn't even work and protects us from no real threat, gets 8 billion no problemo. Homeland insecurity in other words. First-responders are brushed aside to fund Rumsfield's giant boondoggle.
