yup, it's not easy.

In my town, the town is facing 14% incr in health insurance premium costs across the board for all school and town employees. Last yr the increase was 12%.

They have tried all avenues to look at options and ways to prevent the increase, there simply is no avoiding it.

But some of the taxpayers in town have no health insurance. And no jobs, since they were laid off from the co's they worked for. So there has to be a balance.
