That is true the US can improve, However, I would like to hear you or anyone of the critics on this thread say one good thing about the US.

No Doug, that's not the premise of my post at all. I grew up during the Nixon era ! Jeeeeez. Give me some credit for being capable of independent thought. I've got 2 teenage kids. I'm using this experience to teach them about propaganda -- coming from both sides ! There are some people posting here -- and you can tell who they are -- are against more than just war against Saddam. That's all I'm saying. Its very understandable to be against this war. I don't like it either, Bush, Cheney, & Rumsfield don't exactly inspire blind admiration from me -- but I have a sneaking suspicion that the Bush administration will be vindicated --as long as the cost in terms of life is relatively small. IMO -- When we start exploring and discovering what's UNDERNEATH Bagdad, we're gonna discover what a monsters and menaces Saddam and his sons were. Chris
