justa.....have you noticed the relative strength of the nasdaq?

for the last three years it has shown a higher %decrease when compared to the DJ or S&P.....in the last few months.....the opposite has been the case....it might be more difficult to get into the QQQ part of your portfolio at a lower price in the future.....rich

Are you going to dollar cost in, starting at 1253? If so, do you mind if I ask you at what level you would be 70%+ invested? Any detail(s) to your plan of attack would be greatly appreciated (entry expectations, time expected to hold yada, yada). Thanks.
