Pretty thin case... Keep reaching. Shrub did in trying to convince his case to the security council. He couldn't get enough votes for a majority (so it didn't matter diddly that France threatened a veto). If he had a case I'm sure France would've gone along. France has come out with a statement that they'd join the coalition if Iraq uses WMDs. Anything could be a delivery system for WMDs, you could mount a Hummer with a chemical bomb.
