Sr K Thanks. From that link I found that the CEO of INSP is Jim Voelker. I don't see any address or phone number for him. If anyone can find that information, please post it. I also discovered this: InfoSpace to Hold Annual Shareholder Meeting on May 20, 2003. This might be a good venue to raise our complaint. I am especially interested in discovering the names and positions of everyone at INSP who is assigned to SI and might therefore be responsible for the current problem. I would also like to know who the immediate supervisors of these people are. If anyone has this information, please post it. TIA. Rick
