If I was young, I'd move to Canada war or no war. Canadiens are much more polite and friendly then Americans for the most part. The quality of life in Canada is better than in America in some respects. Do you really think they might reinstitute the draft? I doubt it. Probably not until this war has gone on for 6 months or so and volunteer soldiers start to realize the futility of the war and refuse to fight.
