Well, FDR actually did have a declaration of war to bring the country into WW2. I think that was the last time a President actually got a formal Declaration of War. This is certainly a much bigger war than anything since Gulf War 1. I think all Presidents should follow the Constitution and get Congressional authorization before bringing the nation into war. Especially a war of this magnitude that make take months to bring to a conclusion.

You want a response? OK, how about "well I'm actually anti-Bush but I'm using the war as an excuse to attack the administration".

Do you think you can coax that response out of the dazed and confused?
