Maybe they could put a check box on the next 1040 so you could send in an additional amount to assist in helping America achieve global domination. It could be like a class action settlement, only in reverse. That is, the fewer people who check it, the more you pay. I figure if everybody checks the box, each family will need pay about $400 per person. If you are the only one who checks the box, you will owe $100 billion extra (but you can transfer that balance due to a 0% credit card).
