I didn't say he said that. Many from the administration stated (e.g. Cheney) "couple of weeks" would be the duration. That's was the admistration's position, so it must've been his.

An untrue statement taken out of context to mislead. A common trick of liars VP Cheney's next line in that statement was"unless there are un-forseen circumstances", Please. Try to tell some truths instead of bending it to prove a point.
