I think the death that Adam earned for mankind was capable of being all inclusive. Just as I also believe that the sacrifice of Christ is quite capable of saving any number or ALL of mankind. When I profess that not all men will be saved it is not because what Christ did is lacking. In fact most 'christians' who say that Christ cannot save the unwilling are the ones who discount the power of the Holy Ghost and the New Creation. Adam earned for all mankind ALL INCLUSIVE death under the covenant of works. Christ earned for all men ALL EXLUSIVE OF THE NON-ELECT the gift of eternal life under the covenant of grace. Two different Adams - Two different covenants. Who falls under the covenant of works and the inheritance of the first Adam? ALL INCLUSIVE Who falls under the covenant of Grace and the inheritance of the second Adam? ALL EXCLUSIVE Only those predestined to eternal life from before the foundation of the world.
