For a self-proclaimed PhD man, you should have been more precise: you should have posted links the first time you mentioned that outrageous deal for the Palestinians. Actually, one link is insufficient. Alternate links should have been provided to bolster your story. Who knows the one link you posted is bogus? PhD man, you should have done better. BTW, desert land cannot be turned into arable land if it is too far removed from water and the logistics and costs are overwhelmingly prohibitive! Did the Israelis offer to help? If not, why not?
