First the Pesh Murga need to clean up Northern Iraq. As soon as we gain control of Mosul and Basra, the Iraqi opposition in exile will go in and start setting up the transitional government. Once we have enough boots on the ground, coalition and armed Iraqi opposition, we can start mopping up resistance outside Baghdad.

Baghdad is a different story. I don't know what the plan is for Baghdad.
