Don't be fooled. There are several hundred CIA agents in Baghdad because it was part of their plan. Their purpose was to locate Saddam, and then to digitally photograph anyone suspected that would cause harm to innocent Iraqi civilians when the planned siege took place. Once the siege started, they are to covertly assassinate selected defenders of Saddam. They have been there for more than a year now. However, they did make a mistake in thinking that they only need the CIA in Baghdad, and not in Basra too. IC
