Question again. Skip the links. Just give us as much as you care about the form of the German government before WWI, the various arguments Wilson made about the kind of government that should be imposed on the Germans, just how successful he was with those argument, and the degree to which that differed from the previous, and the outcomes.

And it would be helpful if you could keep it civil.

Yeah, but they had a legislature, Hawk. The Kaiser had supreme authority, but once he was gone, I thought the Republic just extended the powers of the Legislature. Is is fair to say we set up a Democracy there?
