Delbert, Walter Cronkite and many other liberals on Martha's Vineyard are opposed to the big windmill project proposed for the sandbars off of the elbow of Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

This project would be one of the biggest wind projects anywhere. Yet the crunchy liberals on the Cape and MV are opposed to it because the have summer palaces there within eyesight of it.

I think when it comes right down to it, the limosine liberals are no more in favor of energy efficiency and renewables than anyone else.

Did you know that michael moore lives in a penthouse in NYC and insists on a limo wherever he goes?

You have a short-sighted vision. Our military can get us oil wherever we want? At what cost? Tens of thousands of American lives and hundreds of billions? Do you realize how expensive that makes the oil?

In 2004 we will likely have a new administration which seems the profound wisdom in maximizing clean alternative fuel systems, and the private sector will join in once the leadership is there. In the meantime, bravo Warren Buffett and thanks GOP moderates for saving ANWAR.
