The only thing slowing anything up are cowards hiding behind women and children.

Other issues are normal logistics.

I always thought a "government" protected its' citizens; what a silly thought.

A lot of what the US has been leaking about its plans to the press is disinformation, which has become apparent as things go on. (Some in the press have caught on and are pissed off about it.) You and I don't know the real plans so I think it would be better to say that you worry about the things you just said - rather than saying you know them for a fact - we all worry about them.

You have no concept of preparing the battlefield. The fact that we moved 10's of thousands of troops hundreds of miles WHILE AT THE SAME TIME degrading the enemy's forces is just a variation of Desert Storm. It was a much easier chore to kick Iraq out of Kuwait and that took nearly 40 days of battlefield preparation until Iraqi forces were degraded the necessary 50% and some were surrendering to lampposts.

The "insufficient forces" not on the battlefield were the 4th ID which was originally slated to enter via Turkey. They're in Kuwait now and deploying,

Try and find out where you first got this idea that it would be over in days and be a cakewalk. If you understand schrodingers cat it shouldn't be hard.
