Re Silkworm:
The missile seems legal, having a range of about 57 miles This may be what it looked like when it apparently left Umm Qasr last night to kill fish outside a Kuwaiti Theater

My last post today...I have to run...

Before doing systems, I was working in Aerospace and made one of the communication modules for MD11. When we were going to bid on military contracts, we were told what kind of clearance to expect and asked to come forward so we could be kept away from that building. When I switched over to systems work for Wall Street, every major contract I got, I had to clear an FBI and drugs checks. When I contract through Sun Micro, I have to fill out a detailed form on my criminal and not so criminal record. I assume they are checking that against FBI records, though they don't ask for my fingerprint.

All these were very open and I don't know about any secret investigations, but I suspect it is possible and perhaps likely.
