They will never do it. Liberal California won't get out of their cars. They just like to complain but the greatest joke is seeing a demented liberal driving in traffic with bumper stickers saying save the air. They put up signs saying spare the air but you can't afford to spend 6 hours a day in mass transit. Notice big time liberals drive limos and Barbara Streisand drives a mobile home because she is terrified of having to go to a public bathroom. Barbara Stresiand is the perfect example of what the liberals are about. They are elite and above the rules they want us peons to live by.
