Yeah right. That's a joke. Ever been through the Mississippi delta? Talk about living in squalor. Not exactly the bastion of liberalism in the USA either. I've been across the country on the train a number of times and do you want to know what the dirtiest state is? Conservative Texas. All sorts of garbage and crap along the railroad lines in Texas. San Franscisco is a pretty clean city by American standards. Canada is a more liberal country then the U.S. and their cities are extremely clean. I don't think your theory associating political identity and cleanliness holds any water.
