The Ansar is a link of supplies (possible WMD) from Saddam to Al Qaida. The Ansar would be the logical distribution point to Al Qaida and smuggled through Iran. Yes, ...the Kurds grow stronger everyday and the Turks are blowing it bad. The Kurds are going to wind up with some real power in a post war Iraq. Would complete autonomy really be that important if the Kurds had real power in the Iraqi government? The Southern Shia better start getting their act together soon or they'll see less power in a post war Iraqi government.
