You should join the Mujahideen! and blame the US for having shown the Iraqis how to "lie". A CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) program aired 1/2 hour ago told me the US did not have a lily-white record in Iraq. Prez Reagen strengthened Saddam (by selling modern weapons to him), thinking he was a stabilizing force in the Middle East when Iran was an enemy, and Prez Bush Sr. spared Saddam's life at the end of the last Gulf War for the same reason. The White House ignored warnings by concerned Americans, and greedy American big business continued to trade with Iraq even when officially told not to do so. And the Prezs turned a blind eye to what was happening. Even Rumsfeld himself paid homage to Saddam by visiting him. Now, he condemns him now and then on CNN. And these days he looks miffed and testy because the war is not going according to his overly optimistic hype and unexpected setbacks have been very embarrassing.............................
